The City of Hot Springs Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program’s Annual Action Plan is an important tool used to guide the implementation of CDBG funds and set programmatic goals for the coming fiscal year. It is a requirement by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) so that CDBG projects are completed each year in accordance with the 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan.
The 2025 Annual Action Plan will be available online, starting Monday, July 7, at www.cityhs.net/Community-Development. The public is invited to review and comment on the plan from July 10 through August 11, 2025.
Paper copies will also be available at the Planning Development Department, 133 Convention Boulevard, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
