The City of Hot Springs is upgrading to a new payment system beginning July 17
The City of Hot Springs is upgrading to a new payment system beginning July 17 as part of a citywide effort to streamline services.
During July 17–29, the City will accept payments only in cash or by check.
Departments that will be affected include Animal Services, Compost Facility, Engineering, Finance, Intracity Transit, Parks and Recreation, Planning and Development, Police Department's Records Division, Solid Waste, and Utility Billing Services.
Utility Billing customers:
Online services, as well as Pay via phone, will be suspended.
Customers set up on bank drafts will not be affected.
Bill payments can be:
- Delivered to the Utility Billing Office at 324 Malvern Ave.
- Placed in one of the City’s drop box locations ***Cash is not encouraged to be placed into drop boxes***
- Parking lot at 111 Opera St.
- In front of the Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport Terminal
- Lower parking lot entrance at 324 Malvern Ave.
There will be NO utility shutoffs during this time.*
*END DATE IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION.
