The City of Hot Springs was awarded funds from the Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant Program, administered by the National Park Service, to fund affordable housing development in historic buildings.


Property owners can apply at www.cityhs.net/paul-bruhn-application, and have until August 27, 2025 to apply.


The City will host two information sessions to help people apply for the grant.

·Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Garland County Public Library Auditorium (1427 Malvern Avenue) 

·Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Garland County Public Library Auditorium (1427 Malvern Avenue)
